Welcome to 1000Homes1000Trees.com Our campaign is about making a difference...a difference with the environment and a difference with your health. Our goal is to educate people on the harmful effects of toxic, chemical cleaners on both our environment and our health. Our mission is to introduce 1000 homes to eco-friendly products by Earth Day (April 22) 2008. We will plant a tree for every home who joins our campaign to thank you for being a part of the solution. How it all began to germinate...a group of friends from the North Shore were talking about environmental issues and the conversation led to asking the question "How can we as individuals make a difference?"...Thus, our campaign was planted. We made a commitment that we would each transplant environmentally - friendly home care products into our homes and then educate and inspire others resulting into a forest of possibilities.....1000 clean and safe homes. |
